Each unit is equipped with kitchen facilities including pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware and all kitchen essentials.
Bath towels, washcloths, dishtowels and potholders are provided for your use. Daily Service is provided to make beds and change towels.
Please use towels and washcloths for bathing only. They should not be used at the pool. Please do not use the bath towels and washcloths for other than bathing
Bed linens are changed every other day during your stay.
Clothes Irons and Ironing boards are available upon request.
Gas BBQ’s and picnic tables are provided for your use in the Picnic Area in front of the Pool
Each unit is air conditioned. Heat provided in season.

Weekly rentals for Chalets, House, Townhome and Suite is from Saturday to Saturday. Guests may arrive at any time but rooms cannot be ready until 3pm to ensure proper cleaning. We ask departing guests to vacate room by 10am to allow our Staff the opportunity to accomplish this properly.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER ADULT (14 YEARS OR OLDER) OVER THE BASE RATE IN CHALETS, HOUSE, TOWNHOME OR SUITE OF $195 PER WEEK OR $40 PER DAY. FOR ALL OTHER UNITS, THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE PER ADULT OVER BASE RATE IS $95 PER WEEK OR $25 PER DAY. DAY GUEST PASSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR $10 PER PERSON AND MUST BE REGISTERED WITH OFFICE.
Reservations held until 5pm unless sufficient notice is given of late arrival. If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, the deposit will be returned if/when the room has been rented to others, less a $100 bookkeeping fee.
Guests are responsible for the full length of their reservation. A deposit is required and the amount is based on your length of stay for us to hold all reservations. Balance is due on arrival in the form of Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
All of our accommodations are smoke free.
All units have one or two TV’s with extended HBO. Some with DVD Players.
Onsite Laundromat.
Full, free Wi-FI access throughout facility.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
